We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Model Paint Stuff. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
Returns
If you change your mind about an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase provided that:

The item has not been opened or used

It is returned in Grade-A, fully resaleable condition

All original packaging is intact
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resaleable condition may not be accepted for return.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.
How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, please contact us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the item meets the return conditions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear once processed
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

Electrical Items
Electrical products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If an electrical product develops a fault within this period, please contact us with details of the issue so we can assist with repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
