Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and reliably as possible. The information below explains how and when your order will be shipped.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday) will usually be dispatched the same business day where possible.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day.
During particularly busy periods, or when we are attending shows or events, dispatch may take slightly longer. In these cases, orders will be shipped at the first available opportunity once we return.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
UK Shipping
All standard UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail tracked services.
Available options include:

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Aerosol Shipping
Due to postal regulations, aerosol products cannot be sent through Royal Mail.
Orders containing aerosols must be shipped using a courier service, and customers must select a courier option at checkout.
We ship aerosols using EVRi on a drop-off next-day service. This is generally the most reliable way to use EVRi, as next-day services are prioritised within their network.
However, we do not guarantee next-day delivery, as collection and transit times can vary depending on the courier.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped using a tracked international service.
Shipping costs and available services will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
